Sending information, electronically or otherwise, related to your inquiry and the notary services.
Providing customer service, resolving questions, handling complaints, or receiving suggestions.

The processing of your data for these purposes is necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests pursued by the Notary Office.

How long will we keep your data?

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or while the relationship between the parties lasts. Additionally, they will be stored as long as legal obligations require, depending on the type of data.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The processing of personal data related to maintaining your relationship with the Notary Office is legally justified as it is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations derived from this relationship. Processing your personal data for these purposes is strictly necessary to comply with these legal obligations.

Who will receive your data?

As a general rule, data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. However, your data may be shared with:

Public Administrations, for compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers who require access to your data to provide services contracted by the Notary Office. In these cases, confidentiality and data processing agreements will be signed, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

The Notary Office does not engage in international data transfers.

However, while processing user data, software may be used where servers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection or in the United States. In such cases, we ensure that we work with providers who comply with European data protection regulations (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 679/2016).

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You have the right to:
